Languages
In addition to English, the two primary languages we are likely
to hear are Spanish and French. In most places, it is considered
polite to try to communicate with the locals as much as possible
in their own language. It also makes it much easier to find your
way around and accomplish chores if you understand the basics
of thelanguage of the country you are visiting. We have listed
some common words and phrases in the table below. We will start
with Spanish and French, and add new languages as we travel.
