Languages

In addition to English, the two primary languages we are likely to hear are Spanish and French. In most places, it is considered polite to try to communicate with the locals as much as possible in their own language. It also makes it much easier to find your way around and accomplish chores if you understand the basics of thelanguage of the country you are visiting. We have listed some common words and phrases in the table below. We will start with Spanish and French, and add new languages as we travel.
