Changes, Changes and More Changes...
So the big news is, after 11 in-patient high-dose chemotherapy treatments and 27 outpatient radiation treatments, Tracy's brain cancer is in remission. He continues to improve from the traumatic brain injury caused by the tumor. Meanwhile, with our COBRA health insurance coverage about to expire last year, someone needed a job with benefits. Sharon has been working for the last year as a Technical Writer, documenting, of all things, software and equipment used in radiation oncology. How appropriate is that?
We have reluctantly decided we must sell Landfall and Cerro Velero. Not sure what new dreams may come, but the old dreams can no longer be lived, at least not as far as our eyes can see. But we are truly grateful for the time we had chasing our dreams from Florida to Panama.
